1. VIP Club Participation

By joining a VIP Club through the relevant form, you agree to receive promotional offers, business updates, special campaigns, birthday rewards, and related marketing communications from the business identified on that form by SMS, email, or other approved communication channels, where applicable.

Participation in the VIP Club is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

2. Eligibility

By joining, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to provide the contact details submitted
• you are legally able to consent to receiving marketing communications in your jurisdiction

3. Marketing Communications

You understand and agree that:

• message frequency may vary

• delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier, device, network, platform, or technical limitations

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP, where applicable, or by contacting the relevant business directly.

You may opt out of email marketing using the unsubscribe link included in the email, where applicable.

4. Offers and Promotions

VIP Club members may receive selected promotions, rewards, offers, discounts, or special campaigns at the discretion of the relevant business.

Unless otherwise stated:

• offers may not be redeemable for cash

5. Birthday Offers

• no guarantee is given that a birthday reward will be sent or received in every case

7. Suspension or Removal

The relevant business and/or 7Hours Technology may suspend, limit, or remove participation in the VIP Club at any time, without notice, where reasonably necessary, including where:

• false or misleading information has been provided
• the VIP Club is misused
• abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct occurs
• continued participation creates legal, technical, platform, or business risk

8. No Guarantee

Neither the relevant business nor 7Hours Technology guarantees the availability, timing, delivery, or continued operation of any VIP Club feature, promotion, message, reward, automation, or communication channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7Hours Technology shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from or connected with:

• delayed, failed, filtered, blocked, or undelivered messages
• third-party carrier, software, or platform issues
• technical outages, sync issues, or system interruptions
• inaccurate customer information
• withdrawal, expiry, rejection, or unavailability of offers or rewards

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.Any updated version will apply from the Effective Date shown on the updated Terms and will replace any previous version for all ongoing participation in the VIP Club, to the extent permitted by law.By continuing to participate in the VIP Club after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
